We're delighted to offer an exclusive At-Home Viewing Service. If you live in England or Wales, we will bring the rug you select from our website directly to your home so you can see it in your own space before making a decision.
Once we arrive, we'll give you time to view the rug in your home. If you love it, you can complete your purchase. If it's not the right fit, we'll simply take it back at no cost.
This service is available by appointment only and is offered throughout England and Wales. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service in Scotland or Northern Ireland at this time.
