For Rugs At Home Viewing Service

We’re delighted to offer an exclusive at-home viewing service. If you live within Greater London, we will bring the item you select from our website directly to your home so you can see it in person. Once we arrive, we’ll help you decide—if you love it, you pay for it; if it’s not right, we’ll take it back at no cost. All you need to do is schedule an appointment with us.

If you reside outside Greater London, up to 50 miles from London, we also provide this service free of charge. However, if you’re more than 50 miles from London (mainland England only, excluding Scotland and Ireland), a £150 fee will apply for the visit. Please note, all at-home viewings require a scheduled appointment.

Additionally, you are also welcome to visit our showroom by appointment only, where you can explore our full range of rugs. Simply book a time, and we’ll be ready to welcome you so you can see all the options in person.
