Shipping Policy for RUGS

We are responsible for shipping your order. Once we receive your order, it will be processed and dispatched promptly.

For lightweight items, we aim to ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends).
For heavier items, shipping may take up to 4 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details.

Within the UK mainland, we offer free standard shipping.

For international orders outside the UK, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If a faster shipping method is selected, the additional cost will be paid by the customer.

Please note that for international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
