Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your hand-knotted rugs, coats, or sleepwear in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
You may return your hand-knotted rugs, coats, or sleepwear within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging with all tags (where applicable) and accessories.
Be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, particularly for hand-knotted rugs, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your hand-knotted rug, coat, or sleepwear, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, you may choose another item. If there is a price difference, the balance will either be charged or refunded accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or are not returned in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of the item and its packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
