We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

For rugs, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a full refund, or to request an exchange, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

If you change your mind after purchase, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost. In this case, please provide photos or evidence of the issue.
