We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a full refund, or to request an exchange, provided that the items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

If you simply change your mind within the return period and there is no fault with the item, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is faulty or not as described, please contact us with photos or evidence, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
