Shipping Policy for Pyjamas and Clothing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

For lightweight items, orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends).
For heavier items such as rugs, dispatch may take up to 4 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to follow your delivery.

Within the UK mainland, we offer free standard shipping.

For international orders outside the UK, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If a faster delivery option is selected, the additional shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Please note that for international deliveries, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
