This kilim is made using a tapestry weave on a horizontal or vertical loom, with slits often appearing where blocks of colour meet. These slits can look like small holes. They are a natural characteristic of the weave and not a flaw.

Please note that slight shedding may occur initially due to the natural wool fibres; this is normal and temporary.
