Handwoven Afghan Kilim — Natural Grey & Ivory
A beautifully understated flat-woven kilim, hand-crafted in Afghanistan using undyed, all-natural wool in soft shades of grey, charcoal, and ivory. Rows of diamond medallions run in neat, repeating columns across the field, each filled with small star and cross motifs woven in traditional tribal style — a design passed down through generations of nomadic weavers.
A scrolling wave-patterned border frames the field on all sides, with a bold triangle-patterned end border adding a striking finishing touch. The completely natural, undyed wool palette gives this kilim a soft, earthy character that pairs effortlessly with modern, Scandinavian, or minimalist interiors, while its flat weave keeps it lightweight, reversible, and easy to lay anywhere in the home. Hand-finished fringe at both ends completes its authentic, artisan-made look.
Its neutral palette makes this kilim especially versatile, working beautifully in both classic and modern interiors. Whether placed in a living room, bedroom or study, it adds texture, quiet character and timeless visual balance without overwhelming the space.
This kilim is entirely handwoven in Northern Afghanistan using traditional craftsmanship techniques passed down through generations. Made from 100% natural wool and coloured with authentic plant-based dyes, it contains no synthetic materials or chemical colouring.
Produced with first-grade natural wool and a tightly woven structure, each piece offers exceptional durability, richness in texture and long-lasting quality. Every piece is woven entirely by hand, making each kilim unique and impossible to replicate through mass production.
Its natural wool construction and softly tonal palette bring warmth, authenticity and understated artisanal character into the home while maintaining a timeless aesthetic.
